SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER
What do I get?
If you want to receive the website's newsletter informing you of changes, discount codes, new tutorials and access the members area, you must subscribe
How?
Fill out the newsletter subscription form on the main page of the website and you will receive a code to access the members area. DO NOT share the code and keep it in a safe place, you will need it every time you want to access it.
Confirm
You may be asked to confirm your wish to join the Newsletter and accept the website email address. In that case, you must accept.
Always check your SAPM or JUNK mail inbox, the newsletter may end up there!
LOSS OF MEMBER'S AREA ACCESS CODE
What do I do?
If you lose your access code, you must subscribe to the Newsletter again and you will receive your code once more.
Duplicates?
If you have to resubscribe to the newsletter, you will not receive a duplicate newsletter. Duplicate subscriptions are purged and merged.
I DON'T RECEIVE MY NEWSLETTER
Check
1) Check that you have subscribed to the newsletter and have received the member area code.
2) Check your SPAM and JUNK email folders.
Providers
Some email providers like Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL deliver email campaigns in batches. This means that it may take a few hours for your email to arrive in your inbox.
Security
The biggest problem and one of the most common is the security settings (antivirus and firewall) of your device (mobile phone, tablet, computer). Unfortunately, it's not something I can help you with. You must review the security settings of your device and grant the relevant permissions so that emails from the web reach you.
I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE FREEBIES
Check
1) Check that you are using the download button and not downloading the thumbnail.
2) Check your Internet connection and try again.
3) Your antivirus or Firewall may be blocking the download. You must give access to the download from the security settings of your device.
External downloads
Additionally, some of the files may be hosted on some clouds (eg dropbox) or hosting platform (eg Wetransfer). In these cases, these platforms or clouds may be experiencing certain issues. Let some time pass and try again. If the problem persists, consult the help pages of these services.
I HAVE STOP RECEIVING THE NEWSLETTER
Check
1) Check your SPAM and JUNK folders.
2) Check the security settings of your device.
How?
If you do not open your Newsletter emails, you will automatically be removed from the distribution list. It's not something I do, it's how it works.
So, if the Newsletter has been continuously going to your SPAM or JUNK folder and you have not opened it for some time, you may have been removed from the distribution list. To receive it again, you just have to subscribe again.
Please note that you will not receive lost Newsletters.
